Aisleen trained with Bircham Dyson Bell and has assisted and advised both employers and employees on unfair dismissal and discrimination claims including negotiating settlements and drafting settlement agreements. She has advised on various matters including TUPE, consultancy agreements and internships. During a client secondment to ExxonMobil she worked closely with her colleagues in the HR Department, advising on employee benefits, flexible working, sick pay and retirement.
